The Open Shelter

YOU Made Christmas Bright!

The Open Shelter and those we serve were blessed! Thanks to St. Andrew & St. Agatha Church, we were able to provide a nourishing and delicious Holiday Meal for over 250 homeless and marginally housed men, women & children and also some special guests we invited!

We were also able to make Christmas bright and merry for over 50 families and 200 children thanks to the generous and caring spirit of so many!

The amount of gifts and toys donated was overwhelming, but in A GOOD WAY.

Thanks to everyone who donated so many great toys, gift sets, games and more!

A HUGE Thank You to ALL of the volunteers who helped make this possible, including groups from See Kids Dream, Seeds Of Caring, Nationwide, Humanist Community of Central Ohio, Beautifully Flawed, Katherine Cull & City of Columbus Employees, The Burrer Family, Sigma Lambda Gamma Sorority of Denison University, and so many more.

Dublin Coffman High School Alumni and the Boy’s Basketball team helped in addition to students from Dublin Grizzell Middle School.

A very special thank you to Beth Yeprem, who collected & donated a lot of the gifts and who also organized the Family Christmas Giveaway!

Thank you to the Dale Christian Family & MTO Shahmaghsoudi, School of Islamic Sufism

The Spirit of Christmas was felt by so many thanks to all of these efforts!
